This afternoon the pairings for the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League were announced. Spain will face Italy in the Nations League on October 6, 2021 in Turin. The other finalist will come out of the match between Belgium and France. The final will be played on October 10, 2021.
Group leaders Spain, Italy, Belgium and France qualified for the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League on November 18 and 19. Luis Enrique’s players will face Azzurra on October 6 at the Juventus Stadium in Turin. For their part, the French and Belgian teams will meet the next day, October 7, 2021, for second place for the grand final at San Siro, Milan.
Match Spain Italy
Spain seeks to qualify for the first time in the final of the Nations League. The Spanish team had a somewhat convulsive qualifying round. Lost to Ukraine. It tied with the Swiss team. When all seemed lost, Spain thrashed Germany by six goals to zero. Spain needed to win, be the group leader and play in the Final Four.
Italy, Spain’s rival to be in the final on October 10, 2021. La Azzurra, with one point more than the Dutch team, sneaked into the Final Four. The Italian team has in its favor being the host in this second edition of the UEFA Nations League.
Spain will face Italy in the Nations League on October 6, 2021 at the Juventus Stadium in Turin at 3:00 p.m.
Match France-Belgium
The second finalist will come out of the match between Belgium and France. French team, leader of Group 3, left out the current champion, Portugal. The selection of Cristiano Ronaldo, second in the group, will not be able to revalidate the title of champions.
Belgium got a pass to the Final Four after beating the Danish team by four goals to two. On October 7, 2021 they will face France for a place in the grand final.
The final of the second edition of the UEFA Nations League will be played on October 10, 2021 at the Juventus Stadium in Turin.
